We have installed this 30 Tube Evacuated Panel in our home.  We have seen this one panel heat a 300 liter holding tank of water to 128 degrees Fahrenheit on a day that was around –30 degrees Celsius outside.

About Us

Our goal at Solar Energy Works is to promote renewable products and to show our customers how to use renewable energy properly so that it becomes part of their every day lives.  We understand that the majority of people would rather physically see the product working before purchasing.  For this reason we install and use many of the products that we sell and that we recommend to our customers.  This will allow us to confidently sell and recommend these products.  We do not believe in selling products that do not actually work.  We believe that by teaching our customers how renewable energy works, it will help them to embrace these new concepts.

We have started up this company after installing a solar evacuated solar panel system along with a hot water holding tank.  One of us (the wife) was extremely skeptical that this system would even work at all.  After installing the system it was quite evident that it actually worked great.  Our electric bill was cut down by approximately 40% and since the system was only installed in November 2009, that is only 40% saved during the winter, we haven’t even seen the benefits that the summer sun will bring.  Stay tuned for updates on how much we save over the summer months.

We can now honestly say — solar tested, wife approved!
